Welcome To Northwest Arkansas Malayalee Association
With the whole heart, we are welcoming you to the Northwest Arkansas Malayalee Association (NANMA), a registered non-profit corporation. We are dedicated to providing a forum for Malayalees to come together and celebrate the culture and heritage of Kerala in Northwest Arkansas and neighboring counties in the state of Arkansas. NANMA conducts numerous cultural programs and events for our community and thus provides opportunities for the performers and artists in our community members to perform and entertain friends and families. These celebrations encourage the younger generation to see, enjoy, appreciate and learn the beauty of Malayalee culture and traditions. We welcome all Malayalee families who are present in the Northwest Arkansas area to join us!
Vision
The vision of Northwest Arkansas Malayalee Association (NANMA) is to develop and maintain a forum for Malayalees to promote social, cultural, and charitable causes that enrich relationships, create cultural awareness, and help drive a socially committed community. in and around Northwest Arkansas.
Mission
- Improve the cross-cultural understanding of unity in diversity.
- Plan and organize charity activities to reach out to the needy in Northwest Arkansas, in India, and around the world.
- Foster and enhance the knowledge and use of the Malayalam language through Malayalam classes and other cultural activities.
- Organize various cultural events to celebrate the rich traditions of Kerala for Malayalees in Northwest Arkansas and neighboring counties.
- Preserve and promote the culture, heritage, and family values of Kerala among Malayalees and the younger generations in and around Northwest Arkansas.
- Organize programs to improve the social, educational, and cultural exchange among Malayalees and also with other cultural organizations in Northwest Arkansas.
